Hi, my name is Peter. Throughout my personal life and my work in community based mental health and wellbeing, I have discovered that life can be messy, painful, and overwhelming. I understand the raw and unfiltered struggles that come with facing trauma, navigating mental health challenges, or simply trying to make sense of who we are in this world.
I’m here to walk with you through the chaos—not as someone who has all the answers, but as someone who believes deeply in your capacity to heal and grow. To find your own answers.
What I Offer
My counselling journey was born from a desire to create a space where people feel truly seen, heard, and valued. I know how heavy it can feel to carry the weight of your experiences alone, and my goal is to offer you the opportunity to unpack that weight without fear or judgment.
Whether you’re working through the aftermath of trauma, untangling the effects of an abusive relationship, or exploring what it means to live authentically as a neurodivergent individual, I am here to support you every step of the way.
I approach our work together with honesty, empathy, and a commitment to honouring your unique story. Using trauma-informed psychodynamic counselling, mindfulness practices, and your own unique strengths, we will co-create a path forward that feels authentic and meaningful to you. I won’t promise that the road will be easy, but I will promise to stand by you as you walk it.
